
This class is designed for clients who have established a thorough Reformer technique of the Essential Exercises building further on strength and endurance through the core, arms and legs, intensifying the STOTT Pilate’s® Reformer Essential Exercises intensifying stamina and pace to introduce simple Intermediate Exercises.
Note: This class is not suitable for Beginners. To ensure safety clients must have a thorough STOTT Pilate’s® Reformer Essential Level technique.
