Fantastic teacher, really clear and easy to understand instructions for precise and helpful movements. Also provided lots of helpful, detailed feedback and gentle encouragement. The class was brilliant and I would highly recommend!

Although I practice Yoga, this was my first Pilates class. Gosia took her rime to offer corrections and suggestions as to how to use my yoga equipment for some of the exercises. Her instructions were super clear and as on an line instructor she is definitely one of the best I have encountered in 4 years of Zoom classes. Well worth it I could become a pilates convert
