Aerial Yoga Suitable for all levels Come fly with us! Aerial Yoga uses a parachute material hammock with handles to support the weight of your body. This allows you to achieve proper postural alignment through relaxation rather than effort. Aerial Yoga is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to intermediate and advanced level students. Class content: Using hammocks allows for deep stretches, the strengthening of shoulders and core abdominal muscles as well as exploration of challenging yoga positions. You will gain increased flexibility, improved posture and a relaxed and peaceful state of mind. You will learn new yoga techniques, and get comfortable with being suspended in a hammock. The class will also include techniques such as aerial inverts to allow a gentle spine decompression that will certainly help with improving your posture. Experience a whole new dimension of yoga, whether you're a complete beginner, or well-versed in other yoga techniques. Learn to fly and expand your mind in a supportive, safe environment. What to wear: Leggings or joggers and a top that covers your armpits is advisable. Inversion therapy is not safe for everyone, this activity is not suitable for pregnant women and those who have recently undergone surgery. Avoid inversion therapy if you have: High blood pressure Heart condition Back or leg fracture Osteoporosis Hernia Zero Minutes Lateness Policy Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class, you will not be allowed to attend a class if you have missed the warm up, as it is not safe.
