Bryony is brilliant, her classes are well planned and thoughtful with lots of adaptations for different levels. The class focuses on splits but we do different drills each time, meaning that you'll find something new each time you come. Have seen loads of progress in my flexibility attending regularly and this kind of training is so good for your lower body, whether you want flat splits or not!

The upside down vegan held a great class. Being vegan too, I may have been open to any from this teacher.. but this was a pleasurable class pushing towards the splits, not so easy for a guy, and I felt things even after 12 years of yoga I hadn't before. without pain! Well done B.
