These classes will help improve cardiovascular fitness in a sociable, friendly, professional exercise environment. This session is ideal if you have recently completed a 16-week Exercise Referral Scheme. Class requirements For this session you will need a chair, hand weights or 2 small bottles of water. These classes are not only valuable in terms of exercise, but also fun . All concerned - especially the instructors, are to be congratulated on adapting to the changes brought about by the virus situation.
Really enjoying these classes, they are very uplifting at these difficult times. They are easily adjusted to your ability and mobility on a particular day. I must compliment the instructors on the way they have successfully overcome the technical glitches and managed to maintain the high standard. Diolch Angela
I really hope the classes carry on, its so convenient to do these at home and I'm feeling benefits with my mobility which is improving all the time. I want to thank all of the instructors and staff who support us in getting the classes online activated.
My husband and I both enjoy the live streamed classes very much, we take part in three classes per week. We really enjoy John's classes on a Tuesday, this gives us a increased strength. I fractured my shoulder last year, so this has greatly helped me rebuild the strength. Penny and Becs help us with cardio workouts. They are all very kind and considerate and make us feel welcome. Llinos also makes us laugh with her good humour. When we started with the first lockdown, Becs was a regular caller, keeping in touch with us and ensuring we were keeping active and motivated. We would like to thank the whole team for their support. I would recommend everyone embrace Actif's live streamed classes.
Great class with clear video and sound. John ensures to remind you regularly to do it at your own pace, and to hydrate throughout. Alternative exercises are explained for if you do need to go easier or work a little harder. This is done without seeming patronising or talking to you as if you are a child. I feel secure and comfortable in the class and able to ask questions.
I thoroughly enjoy every session. Without the on line live facility I don’t think I would be as motivated. Diolch i bawb
