Our small group Pilates mat classes are suitable for all levels. Suitable for all levels, modifications, progressions and corrections are offered to suit each individual, so everyone can work safely at their own level. Options are also provided for those who wish to challenge themselves and work at a higher level. Individual attention is provided to all participants.
