A mix of Qigong, Taiji (Tai Chi), Daoyin exercises, Makko-Ho and Do-in exercises, Japanese Ki Exercises and Hara training. Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention. The class will be coming to you via the power of Zoom which is a web-based video technology that lets us see each other via our cameras on a computer, tablet or phone. We will also be recording the class and can share the link afterwards so even if you can't make this time you can follow along at another time at your leisure.
