Burlex Fitness is the original dance fitness program that combines a burlesque theme with props and squats. Burlex Fitness is the original dance fit. Each class lasts 60 minutes, beginning with a warm up, followed by a pole dance routine, body conditioning, and a cool down. The focus of each class is to improve strength, muscle tone and flexibility.
