Nice people and nice place, it was circuit training with space to practice your technique.
Good class basic footwork. Some punching a lot of skipping ie lots of cardio. This will increase your fitness as you gradually take in some basic boxing moves which you will need to practice. Classes are on all day most days which is ideal for anyone wanting to fit in a workout. If your new the instructor will explain to you again if you don't get it at first don't worry they come around and go through it with you. Only more practice will help you get there with this.

Nothing gets you sweating like pounding a heavy bag
It’s such an overall amazing work out and such a positive atmosphere and group of people..
So intense every time I loose 0,5 kilogram. Could mix up a bit routine and include some pad work.
