Mid-week Yoga Flow and Restore Mindful, conscious movement, incorporating the breath to help release, open and nourish mind, body and spirit. Together we explore breath work with meditation. Movement to open, release and nourish the body. Breath work to bring calm, balance or energise. The practices I share are informed by my training with Soma Yoga and Medicine School as well as other influences, so will include practices based on the Elements, Kundalini yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Ayurveda. All levels and abilities welcome. NB: Please advise me of any injuries or medical conditions in advance. Please bring a mat and other equipment you might need. Really well balanced class, with a good mix of breathing, meditaiton and postures. Lena is an excellent teacher, who is very warm and welcoming. This class leaves me feeling very content!
Lena is very welcoming and inclusive. A lovely space and a wonderful way to spend an hour.

I like Lena's calm and welcoming manner and clear direction. There's a lovely flow of asanas which build up steadily with good breathwork. Some kundalini incorporated too. Always feel good after!
Perfect combination of postures, flow, breath work and playing with balance. Much needed midweek class.
Highly recommend this class with Lena. I loved every minute. The pace built slowly, and there was variety of asanas, some strong and some very gentle. Lena has a warm open manner and her instruction is clear but gentle. Loved this class! Booked again straightaway!
