This is our main style class, it’s a full 60-minute military workout style session, the class is broken down into a 10 minute warm up followed by 40 minutes of exercise and a 5-10 minute cool-down and stretch. These Military themed bootcamp sessions will include circuits, partner exercises, games, relays, speed and strength training. With our three ability groups you will be working out with people with similar fitness levels.
