Prana Kriya Yoga uses the breath and movement, to direct prana, (life force energy) into specific areas of the body, to bring about balance in the endocrine/chakra (hormonal) system, it also helps to reset the nervous system. Awakening your life force energy, we take a journey into sensations in the body, arriving at a point of stillness to feel into the more subtle energy of being. Reacquainting yourself with you, less doing, more feeling and just being.
