
Join me for a Vinyasa-flow class, leading to a relaxing savasana. Each week we will use physical postures to challenge ourselves, but still be kind. Using our breath to release tension and soften any discomfort. Each class will focus on learning a little more about a pose or the history of the philosophy of yoga.
