Drum'n'Bass & Disco Lights! Boxing Circuits with a mix of drills that are fun to do & works the whole body. NON INTIMIDATING ENVIRONMENT! DNBBOXING always offers a positive atmosphere with no pressure. Classes are held in low level lighting with disco lights gently pulsing around the room. The music keeps you energised, it offers the perfect beat & rhythm to get your body moving.
