
My 1-1 personal training is tailored specifically to each client. I cover many areas of fitness including fat loss, body transformation, improving general fitness, building muscle, conditioning, strength and power training and sport-specific training. Prior to starting training with me, I offer a free consultation where we will take your body measurements, weight, BMI, body postural analysis, body fat percentage and calculate your base metabolic rate (this ensures you are eating enough food! nutrition is a something i go over in detail!). We will also discuss your previous gym history, your exercise likes and dislikes, your short and medium term goals and your gym endgame, the reason you have joined the gym. Once the consultation is completed, we will do some gym tests to assess your current fitness/strength levels. I will design a unique training program to help you achieve your goals in an ENJOYABLE way! Every training program I design is unique to each client. I also offer video feedback when you are not on session with me, nutritional advice and regular re-tests to help you stay on track with achieving your aims.
