Mindfulness is at the heart of every yoga class I teach. My rigorous training with The British Wheel of Yoga and over 11 years of teaching experience has taught me that every posture and practice can be adapted to suit the individual. Making sure students feel both challenged and completely at ease is very important to me. So wherever you are on your yoga journey, there's a place for you in my class. “I look forward to all of Ruth’s classes. This class was one of the best yoga practices I’ve ever done! It was just the right amount of challenge, leaving your body feeling energised and strong. Ruth moved through the positions at a good pace and although my heart beat was raised I felt relaxed and calm. It was a lovely session, thank you!
