You will be guided through a flowing sequence of movements linked to the breath, and will leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more at home in your body. Each class offers playful opportunities for you to challenge yourself as much or as little as you wish. Balancing strength with flexibility, effort with ease, there will also be time and space for you to move more freely, exploring mindfulness of breath and body. Classes are suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome.

Fast paced, clear instructions.
The class had an easy going and friendly atmosphere and the session was well lead. My only suggestion would be to make the class 1.5 hours instead of just 1 hour.
Great teacher, good challenging class. Only dropped one point for the venue only being OK, not amazing!
