These lessons are perfect for folks who are either setting (an unflexible) foot on a yoga mat for the first time, or are keen to get back to basics. Each class is an hour long and combines some settling breath-work, stimulating standing poses, soothing seated poses, and (perhaps the most important bit) a lovely lying-down relaxation at the end! Here's what one of my students has said about learning with me... "Yoga with Meg has been fun and more. It’s shown me how by controlling my breathing, I can calm not only my mind and body but my whole frenetic life pace – and not only whilst we’re in class. I recently injured my back on a walking holiday and, determined not to keep swallowing pain killers, set about practising what Meg has taught me so patiently over the weeks. My husband, a complete sceptic, was so amazed that within just a day or so, I was able to move freely without the need for the 5 sessions of physiotherapy that he undertook last year for a similar problem. Not only did my yoga ‘reinstate’ my holiday, but it has converted my husband too! Thank you, Meg." Dr T Passenger **Please note that you do need to bring your own mat. If you've got any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.**
