A fun and funky 45 minute pregnancy and babywearing dance fitness class for parents/carers and their babies up to 18 months old. Healthy pregnant women with stress free pregnancies are invited to attend this class to keep fit throughout pregnancy. Includes toning, stretching and baby sing along in cool down.
