In addition to all the usual benefits of regular exercise, at Camden Martial Arts you’ll improve your confidence and learn some cool skills, all in a friendly and safe environment.
Chief Instructor Julian has been training for 20 years and can teach you the fundamentals of Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Filipino KalI (as used by Jason Bourne) and basic Self-Defence.
You’ll get a great workout on the pads learning to kick, punch, knee and elbow correctly. This will make you fitter, stronger, more toned and less stressed. The aim is to make you a happier, safer, more functional human being and you’ll meet some nice people along the way as we all get better together.
Beginners are very welcome!
Julian is an excellent instructor. He has created an inclusive and safe place for all levels, ages, genders to learn and develop their fitness and martial art skills throughout the week. He also offers 2 free taster sessions which is great in the current climate. Highly recommended.

Julian is a really friendly, open guy. The regulars in the class are really supportive and relaxed and everyone has fun. Classes are taught at a nice steady pace, and no move/combination is too tricky to try without a bit of practice. Genuinely love it
