The Kettlebell Swing mainly targets the muscles of the core, including your hips, glutes, hamstrings, shoulders and back. A light kettlebell combined with high reps will improve your muscular endurance, a heavier kettlebell with low reps will help improve your muscular strength. Kettlebells will also help you lose fat and get into shape faster than any other workout. (Not recommended for people with back or knee problems).
