Welcome to our mixed level Aerial Silks class with Ana and Nina! This class is run by Ana Cerrato and Nina Bambrey, both seasoned aerialists with different styles and many years of experience in teaching and performing aerial silks. They alternate teaching on Mondays so you can get the most of both worlds! What to expect from this class? If you are a complete newbie or have very little experience on aerial silks: you will get to work on basic moves, climbs, footlocks and inverts (upside down positions) from the floor. If you already have experience on aerial silks: you will get to work on complex moves, cool shapes, transitions, drops, different types of climbs and routines/flows. This class is suitable for all levels of ability and so we look forward to seeing you in class!
