
Model Fitness is an Australian studio based, and mobile personal training service located in London. Specialising in higher intensity body workouts (or high intensity interval training "HIIT" if familiar). MF's style was formed after years spent strength training indoors, at conventional gyms which eventually led to allot of boredom. From this I developed intense interval training sessions in less time it would take to peform older conventional gym work outs. Using minimal apparatuses, achieving better results, and more importantly- getting allot more fun in return! Yes- training should also be fun!!!
