This class is suitable for Improvers+. Students should have a good understanding of Aerial silks, and be able to perform all the basic moves at height and without instruction.

Ability to invert in the air, hip lock and straddle climb are essential. An understanding of front and back balance would be beneficial. This class is not suitable for beginners.

Aerial Silks is a perfect starting ground if you’d like to improve your body awareness, with classes focusing on working to safely improve both functional strength and flexibility. Lessons are structured to cater to varying levels, from the absolute beginner to the aspiring circus artist, with moves and exercises allowing for progression to higher ability levels.

As with all our classes, we do whatever we can to make the class as accessible as possible to every aspiring aerialist at each stage of their burgeoning career. With a maximum of 7 people per instructor, we do our best to ensure that you get the attention you need and are working alongside others of your level.
