Travis' style of teaching aims to increase individual potential by providing a relaxing and supportive atmosphere for students of all abilities. The emphasis on body and mind awareness means that the yoga practice is not only safe and rewarding but students will notice their development sooner.
Yoga with Travis includes a mixture of static and dynamic classical yoga postures, breathing practice and meditation. The class can sometimes be physically challenging but he provides modifications for difficult poses, so that students of different levels are able to learn together and receive maximum benefits.

A very slow and accessible yoga class. Perfect environment for beginners as it's not a large class. Travis is super friendly and welcoming
Totally wonderful class which will set you up for a brilliant weekend. Travis is fun , clear and completely in tune with individual needs . Treat yourself and come and join in !
