A indoor group cycling class that provides a vigorous workout, gets your leg and glute muscles in shape and burns calories in an energising, fun environment. You will be guided through workout phases that include, warm up, steady up - tempo cadences, sprints, climbs and cool downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedalling as easy or as difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. Spin is a massive calorie burner, in a 45mins class you can burn up to 600 calories.
