Ballet is great for improving your posture, co-ordination, strength, balance, musicality and cognitive development, whilst promoting physical and emotional well-being. This drop-in class is aimed at both men and women wishing to improve on their ballet technique. Everyone is welcome and some previous experience in classical ballet would be beneficial. Ballet shoes are recommended along with comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.

Stephen was a lovely teacher. Very knowledgeable and patient with me and my friend who had no idea what we were doing, I loved it
The class was great but I was surprised that the studio did not have air conditioning and it was uncomfortable.
Rediscovered an exercise and the class is taught very well
Very welcoming instructor and members. Clear instructions to follow, worked the whole body and felt very inspired.
