Flow-Based Hatha Yoga uses movement and breath together to produce a "flow" of postures that lead from one to the next. This class is mixed ability - beginners and intermediate practitioners are all welcome. We provide equipment for you, but please feel free to bring your own! The class is done barefoot, but it is not a requirement. However, it is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict your movements.

Session was really good, very glad that it's included. Venue wasn't great though - front desk staff unhelpful.
