Whether you wish to improve your ability to pick up your 3 year old without feeling a twinge in your back, you are training for a marathon, or you want to be stronger and increase your mobility to feel better in yourself in your daily life, Pilates work can help you strengthen and improve how your body moves and functions in all activity.
Pre-booking is essential and all students must fill in a short registration form prior to attending their first class. These classes are not appropriate for pre/post natal students, however if you want to get in touch I can advise on local teachers who focus their teaching on pre-post natal work.
Classes are taught by Angela Gasparetto. Angela has been teaching Pilates since 2013, certified through the Pilates Foundation. Formerly a fitness instructor, Angela is also an expressive movement teacher and theatre movement director.
