I am a qualified hypnotherapist and accredited personal life coach and I love helping people make positive, sustainable life changes. I guide and support my clients to identify, take control of their situations, achieve personal goals, attend to fears and phobias and address anxieties and life-limiting conditions. Unravelling dissatisfaction together and finding the right tools to enable life changing results is pretty amazing and uplifting. It is my objective to ensure my clients leave the room feeling something has intrinsically changed, feeling emotionally well and happy and knowing that this works. My therapy is relaxing, safe and effective. We are what we do and it is my absolute pleasure to know that I am that conduit in many peoples' journey as they find out how to do what they want to do. Overall wellbeing is something I totally advocate. Taking care of mind and body is key to achieving optimum mind and body health and hypnotherapy and life coaching are very effective in helping with motivation towards life enhancing activities such as exercise and weight management by realistically recognising what goals can be set and achieved.
