Join me for an hour of feel-awesome movement and flow to find strength and flexibility to re-set your systems for a successful rest of your week. Take a time out in your busy day to get some sanity back and slowly dial down the craziness barometer.
You don't have to be a runner to benefit from this class! Lots of quality time to tailor the sessions to you (low class numbers guaranteed to start with). Anything you'd like help with or wanted to know for ages, just ask! I'll be here for you. If there's nothing in particular, I'll guide you through a gentle but challenging flow through class, ending with a blissful Shavasana - a time to let the movement and openness and freedom settle into your bones before you race back into your day.
