Naturopathic Nutrition involves looking at all areas of life including the food we eat, what we drink, exercise levels, sleep quality, how we spend our time, how we relax and our emotional health.
Our well-being can be greatly improved when we spend time making small changes in any or all of these areas.
As a Nutritional Therapist I will help and motivate you to gain the tools to make these changes. Encouraging you to work towards better health and for you to feel your best. The process of spending time improving the way you feel is a wonderful experience that I have the privilege of sharing with you, each step is positive action in the right direction.

Initial Consultation: 60 mins:
The initial consultation is a chance to find out more about you, including your medical history, current lifestyle & diet, symptoms you are experiencing and the goals you would like to focus on.
After you appointment, a personal plan will be created for you this will include lots of ideas, factsheets and recipes.
Before we meet there is a initial form and 3 day food & lifestyle diary to complete - which helps me to find out more about you.

Follow Up Appointments: 45 mins:
A chance to discuss your progress and help you to continue with your wellness journey, this is a check in for support, encouragement and new ideas. I normally recommend 2 – 3 follow up sessions, although this may vary and added support is available too.
