My mission is to help you re-discover the awareness and connection to your body and mind.

To find your deep core to be stronger and healthier. To become more mobile and move with more ease, to enable our muscles and tissues to be more supple and as a result recover quicker and avoid injuries altogether.

To achieve more with less effort. My mission is to help you find a way to let go of the gripping, resistance and fighting that we so often do in our bodies and move towards freedom and lightness, as well as strength and power.

And eventually my mission is to help you find more time for the things that really matter in your lives.

Welcome to my fun, new venue! This one we're running at my partner's pub in the cosy back lounge! The Colston Arms is the loveliest of pubs, it's got a great atmosphere, the greatest members of staff and all in all, I just LOVE being here. I really look forward to getting started to offer you some strong yet feel-good yoga to help us wake up in the morning and get core strong and ready to make it a gorgeous day.

Please bring a yoga mat and wear some comfy exercise clothes.

Enter through the garden in the BACK of the building on Horfield Road. Please always arrive 5-10mins early.
