its time to rise above your excuses, step outside your zone and make the shift from 'cant' to 'i will'. Leave whatever is holding you back outside class and enjoy cardio conditioning, toning and abdominal exercises to reach your personal best, no matter where you are starting from.
Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds, a modification exercises is given alongside the main exercise so you can work at your own level and in the weeks that follow see your progress. There is a 30 second rest break after every 2 minutes of work, so bring some water to drink and a towel to mop your brow. Exercise mat is optional but not essential.
Our classes currently compromises of men and women aged 18 - 60, so come and give insanity live a try.
