The 1 hour active meditation class includes 15 minutes of briefing and will be fully guided meditation. This will include pranayama (breathing techniques), music, dance, silent sitting, gibberish, catharsis, mindfulness etc. There are many different meditation techniques based on Eastern-Western philosophy.
Attendees are requested to wear loose comfortable clothing and come a few minutes early if it is your first time. It’s a drop-in class, newcomers are very welcome!
About the Teacher
Chit has been practising meditation for the past 16 years and has been to many Ashrams (Meditation Schools) in India, learning and practising many different techniques based on Eastern philosophies. Chit has taught meditation in many countries.
