The yoga classes I offer, stem from Hatha. Whilst incorporating a slow mindful flow, with strong emphasis on the breath, correct alignment and the sensations you feel within your practice. All wrapped with an air of light heartedness, a perfect way to calm the mind and work on opening up the body. The classes are accessible to beginners whilst still retaining a healthy element of challenge.

Pranayama & Meditation classes are designed to teach you effective techniques for taming our minds, which you can take away and incorporate into your life. Prana (Life force) Yama (To extend and control) simplified this is working with our breath with specific breathing exercises.

I look forward to us slowing ourselves down, spending time improving and getting to know our bodies whilst calming our minds together.
