Lovely light space with underfloor heating. Monthly Saturday morning workshops; suitable for those who would like an introduction to this approach to yoga as well as those who would like to refresh and develop an ongoing practice. In these workshops I allow plenty of time for individual hands-on assistance and questions relating to asana practice. I encourage you to develop a kind approach to working with your body; taking away habits of holding, pushing or forceful stretching. As the tension dissolves, you can discover inner strength, support, vitality and an increasing sense of lightness and freedom in your entire being. Rather than attempting to conform to an idea of what yoga asanas (poses) should look like, the focus here is on developing awareness of the inner life of the body. The poses unfold from that. My sessions are welcoming and inclusive so you can come at any stage of your yoga journey and whatever condition your body is in presently.
