Sundays are for rejuvenation. Whether it's recovery from a hard workout, or from a challenging week at work. The Sunday Session will recharge your batteries for the week ahead. Our playful exercises improve your mobility and balance - training that's normally overlooked as it's a bit boring - but not here! These mini workouts get your heart-rate up so are great for active recovery. Sports folk are generally not great at resting. I hold my hand up to this one too! I learnt the hard way that REST IS TRAINING. That's why I've created this package of play and rest because a little fun before being invited to slow down and relax makes snuggling up on our fluffy blankets much easier!
