Come along to a JJM Fitness boot camp and you will soon find your fitness levels reach a new level.
Sessions run all year round mainly on the Downs during the summer months and through the winter its split between the Downs and an Indoor venue.
With 5 sessions per week during the summer and 3 in the winter you have plenty to choose from.
Saturdays 8.15am session is in Almondsbury in Hortham Village.
The group of regulars I have are a fantastic bunch with some attending for 5 years now. As well as a great workout you will make new friends have a laugh and most importantly have fun getting fit.
Each session last for 60 min and involves a variety of body weight exercises, running, games and circuits. Sessions are always different to keep it interesting.
All fitness levels welcome from the very fit to the new to exercise, every one fits in and nobody gets or feels left behind.
