Pilates Shape & Relax - St Andrew's Church Centre
Pilates Mat Class Participants of all levels, ages and ability, both men and women, are welcome. If you are suffering from an injury or a medical condition it is advisable to seek professional medical approval before you start exercising. We focus on core strength, flexibility, flowing postures, effective breathing and relaxation. We use a mat to protect elbows and knees, and may use exercise blocks, blankets, towels, cushions and resistance bands. Please wear comfortable clothing to allow for easy movement and wear socks rather than trainers (unless you have special requirements). Should you have any health issues, please notify your instructor before the class. *If attending your first class, please arrive 5 minutes earlier than the class start time to fill out a health form.
