Hello and welcome to ReFrame Pilates with Holly Spence. I am passionate about health, vitality and wellness and I love exploring the connection of the mind and the body through movement. My classes are lighthearted and easygoing, I encourage you to connect to your body and move in a way that makes you feel good. Pilates is for everyone, regardless of fitness level, body type, age or ability. It is a body-conditioning method that targets the deep postural muscles; it works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. Regular practise will improve your posture, increase your strength and flexibility, as well as help reduce stress and tension. The Reframe Pilates Method encourages you to move mindfully, focuses on connecting the mind and the body through movement and helps you explore and find your 'flow' and the deep focus and relaxation that moving mindfully can bring - achieving the ultimate in physical and mental harmony.

Been doing it for about two and a half years and love it. So many choices at such a great price. And the motivational messages are always a good little spark to keep you focused.
