Inspired by my own fitness journey and transformation and with a desire to help other other people, I decided to become a Personal Trainer.
I know the battles we can have with weight loss and trying to achieve our goals. I’ve been there and seen both sides of the spectrum. What I can bring to you is knowledge and experience along with support and motivation.
My mantras are 'Progress, Not Perfection' and 'Do What You Can Do'. I bring these to all of the sessions I take. We are all at different stages of our journey and can't all do the same things. The important thing is that we do what we can do, and start and continue to make progress.
