We host workout outdoors in the park (Brando Hill), with minimum equipment, most of them are just body weight, they are easy to follow and right intensity level to workout, the class takes long around 30-40 mins, 10 mins warm-up and 5 mins cool-downs, between the workout we have 2 mini- breaks, so you can have some water, we workout with music and 3 of us, motivating and watching you, to do your best.
