Our Lunchtime Express classes offer a fusion of static and flowing movements. There is a focus on moving mindfully with the breath and you’ll be able to work at the level that’s right for you, no matter what your experience or history. Here are 5 reasons why lunchtime yoga practice is amazing!

Really, who likes a grump? Yoga is a great way to get you back on a positive track. Workload or overly critical tasks will much less likely wear you down when you have the mental clarity and mood to see past it.
Classes are usually sequenced around a monthly theme which enables us to draw together the physical practice of Yoga, its historical and philosophical roots, contemporary ideas and how Yoga relates to our life off the mat.
Lunchtime Flow is perfect for novices and experienced yogis alike. Maybe you’re new to Yoga and want to work on the building blocks that will allow you to develop a stronger practice; you might want to hone your general body awareness, strength and flexibility; or maybe you have a regular practice and want to take the time to listen deeply and work more subtly.
Lunch Time Flow classes are 45 minutes long, held online via Zoom and for all abilities. All you need is a mat!
