The perfect Sunday wind down. Half an hour of restorative yoga, holding postures for around 3 - 4 minutes to really allow your body to relax and release, followed by a sublime yoga nidra to rest and renew you for the week ahead. You may want to bring a bolster/ some cushions or a blanket for your in studio practice, they are not necessary but can add to the yumminess of your experience :)
