A chance to strengthen and stretch your body with a focus on pelvic floor and core recovery through safe yoga postures with your baby.
Mums (or dads) and babies can expect a friendly and supportive environment where you can meet other new parents online whilst taking time to recover your body after pregnancy and childbirth and to connect with your baby through movement. Classes will focus on building strength back up in your core and pelvic floor through safe postnatal exercises. Stretches will help to relax tired and stressed muscles either from breast feeding or carrying your baby. The class will allow you to interact and connect with your baby; noise and crawling is welcomed! Mums will be able to feed and change babies during class. Partners and close friends are welcome to join too, if you want to share the caring duties! Please bring your own yoga mat, baby toys and blanket as we are currently a prop free studio for hygiene reasons, the studio is cleaned after every class.
Welcome from anytime after mum has been given the all clear from the doctor until baby is just walking.
