Hello, I'm Julia and I've been practising yoga for around thirty years and teaching for over ten years. I love sharing the benefits of yoga with people who have aches and pains in their joints and muscles. Yoga helped me recover from chronic back and knee pain and a shoulder injury. It is truely movement medicine. What is more is you don't have to be young, fit, bendy, slim or female to benefit from yoga practice. It is for all of us.
This class is very gentle and a good start if you have pain, injury, a chronic ailment of some kind or just feel tired and stressed after a busy day at work.
