We vary every session in Battersea Park, from super varied circuits, to partner toning work. We promise you will leave with a huge smile on your face.
Swift Sessions are extremely effective. We aim to burn around 700 calories every session. We keep the body guessing, working every muscle equally, as well as focusing on the main areas most people want to improve on like, Arms, Abs, Legs and Bum.
