We aim to use all our power and strength training and see what limits we can push when In comes to increasing our vo2 max and cardio output. In other words, can we increase our intensity of exercises with little or no recovery throughout a whole Sportsfit session!
Classes (expect Kettelbells) take place in the fitness suite, which is in the main entrance and to the left.Kettlebells takes place in drama studio, in the college to the left up the stairs to the first floor turn right.
