A traditional Ashtanga primary series combined with a beautiful flowing Vinyasa. This class is designed to enhance strength and flexibility through a flowing sequence of asana (postures) that synchronises the breath with movement. This class includes strength, stretching, breathing, balance and relaxation. The class is for all levels, as adaptations and modifications will be catered for.
